Create a contact page

After you create the contact page, you need to add your contact page to your navigation menu to display it on your online store.

What is a Contact Page? #

A contact page uses the page.contact template to automatically generate a contact form. You can add additional content above the form, such as response times, business hours, or brand information using the rich text editor.

Steps to Create Contact Page #

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Pages
2. Click Add page
3. In the Title box, enter a title like “Contact us” or “Get in touch”
4. In the Content box, add any text, images, or videos you want above the contact form (optional)
5. In the Online store section, select “contact” from the Theme template dropdown
6. Click Save

Add to Navigation Menu #

After creating your contact page, add it to your store navigation:

1. Go to Online Store > Navigation
2. Select your main menu
3. Click Add menu item
4. Link to your newly created contact page
5. Click Save

Your contact page is now live and accessible to customers through your store navigation.
