Create a contact page

A contact page provides shoppers with an easy way to reach you. Using the page.contact template, Shopify automatically includes a contact form, and you can add extra details—like business hours, response times, or brand info—above the form with the rich text editor.

Steps to Create a Contact Page

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Pages.
2. Click Add page.
3. Enter a title, such as “Contact Us” or “Get in Touch.”
4. (Optional) Add text, images, or videos in the Content box to appear above the form.
5. Under Online store, select contact from the Theme template dropdown.
6. Click Save.

After creating the page, add it to your store’s navigation menu so customers can easily find it.

Add to Navigation Menu

After creating your contact page, add it to your store navigation:

1. Go to Content > Menus
2. Select your main menu
3. Click Add menu item
4. Link to your newly created contact page
5. Click Save

Your contact page is now live and accessible to customers through your store navigation.
